Established in 2021, Texas Business Strategies (TBS) is a business entity doing business as a subsidiary of Litigation Strategies, LLC formed to conduct business research and development strategies for small to mid-sized businesses, especially non-profit and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) to assist in development, management, procedural and compliance issues within the organization.

  
Using generally accepted research methods and protocols, TBS gathers and analyzes data to business and organizational clients to assist the Boards of Directors and Executive Level Management Teams make decisions about growth, service and operations.

Where possible, TBS employees college and University students to gather data based upon neutral, unbiased research instruments to provide reliable comparative data in an easily accessible form for these businesses and organizations.

General comparative data is often provided to NGOs and non-profit organizations as a public service (that is payment of expenses only); provided however, specific in-depth, issue specific data may require TBS to charge the organization reasonable fees to cover the cost of gathering and analyzing data.
